AVIŽIENIAI DUPLEX EXTERIOR

This is the architecture design of the duplex in “Avižieniai”, which I wrote about in my previous post.

Let me remind you that the new architecture of the duplex according to my project was built “around the interior”.

In each part of the duplex was provided a terrace and a place for parking with a canopy. The “classic” closed garage was abandoned because of the redistribution of the living space.

In the architecture I started from the correct, rectangular forms. They allow optimal use of the permitted building area.

Thanks to the play of volumes and contrasting materials, the architecture is very light.

Correct, concise lines, thoughtful lighting that emphasises the shapes of the architecture and the area around the house.
